I don't normally write reviews, but when a company goes out of their way to accommodate me, I have to comment. I found it very convenient that they offered shipping services besides ground. Most companies offer "Free Ground" aka- snail mail, but BW provided Fed-ex 2nd Day and at a reasonable price. Ordered on a Thurs at 4:30pm and received my pump on Monday morning at 11:45am. I had a couple of questions and called them, which they answered quickly and accurately. You made yourself a lifelong customer.
