Return Policy
BW Spa Parts, LLC will accept returns during the first 14 days from date of purchase. A 25% re-stocking fee will apply to all returns and shipping charges are non-refundable. All refunds will be given as a merchandise credit, no cash/credit card refunds will be given. Please completely read our entire Returns Procedure then contact us for an RMA# (return merchandise authorization) & ship-to address. The RMA we issue helps us prepare for the arrival of the product so when it arrives to its destination, we can deal with it quickly and efficiently. We do require that you send the product to us within 14 days after we issue the RMA or you will be financially liable for the product. Products sent to us on a RMA number older than 14 days will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in uninstalled and in salable condition. No cash refunds will be made. If you have questions regarding a return claim please e-mail our Returns Department for any questions.
Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will not accept returning merchandise that is beyond the 30 days.

In the rare instance that BW Spa Parts makes a shipping error, we will gladly remedy the mistake at our expense (i.e.- If we ship you the wrong part, we will issue a return label to send the part back & ship out the correct part to you. If you no longer would like the replacement part a 25% re-stocking fee will apply). Shipping charges are non-refundable. Product that you no longer need or product that you ordered incorrectly will be charged a 25% restocking fee no exceptions. Electrical items, Clearance items, Filters and chemicals cannot be returned. Under no circumstances will special order products be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturers defect.


Products without an RMA authorization will not be accepted for return.
Our technical support staff is available to assit you in finding the correct part for your application based on the information that the customer provides. BW Spa Parts takes no responsibility if the incorrect part is ordered or recieved. We do our best to match the correct part but, will not guarantee the part will be an exact fit.


General Guidelines Regarding a Return:


We will only accept returns within the first 14 days from the date of purchase.


All returns must have an RMA number.


All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.


Product/products cannot have been installed and must be in original packaging.


Products must be in original, salable condition without any damage, scratches or blemishes.


Orders under $30.00 (not including shipping) are not returnable.


Clearance items are not returnable.


Shipping charges  are not refundable.


When returning products here are a few things to remember:


A return merchandise authorization number (RMA) must appear on the outside of all shipping cartons or on the shipping label. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return product back to us. Returned items must be received in the same condition (New) that it was delivered to you. If items are returned in "Used", "Installed" or "Damaged" condition, you will be notified and no refund or credit will be issued. 


Products must have original packaging, warranty cards and all instruction/owner’s manuals.


Insure your returned package, BW Spa Parts, LLC is not responsible for damages incurred during transit.


Returns should be properly packaged (original packaging is best) and shipped prepaid via a traceable method. (UPS, FedEx or USPS)


No refunds or returns will be given to any electrical component. (Spa controls, Top-side controls, Spa-side controls, Circuit boards, Audio receivers, Audio inverters, Transformers, Chemical Generators,  Clearance items or Control systems). The before mentioned parts will be covered under the manufactures warranty and guide lines.
Above Ground Pool Liners cannot be returned. Please measure your pool before ordering your GLI replacement pool liner. 


In the event that BW Spa Parts, LLC makes a mistake and sends you the wrong part, we will send a return label so that you may return the product back to us. Once we receive and inspect the item/items, we will then send the correct part/parts out.


If your item/items were damaged during transit, PLEASE notify Customer Service immediately so we can quickly resolve the issue.


Once your item/items have been received and inspected (usually within 2-3 business days of receiving the package), your merchandise credit will be issued.



Warranty Policies


BW Spa Parts, LLC will honor all Manufactures warranties and the policies set forth by the representing Manufacturer. If returning an item for warranty all shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the original purchaser. Please completely read the Warranty Procedure and then request an RGA. Once the warranty item is received it will be fully tested for defects. If the item is found to be faulty due to incorrect installation, abuse, chemical damage, etc. a $45.00 bench charge along with repair costs may apply. Items sent back to the manufacturer usually have a turnaround period of 1-2 weeks. If the item is found to be under the specifications of the Manufactures warranty a replacement part will be sent to replace the defective item. Shipping charges are not included as part of the warranty.
