Any issues regarding returns and/or warranty must be in the form of an e-mail. For complete instuctions and policies please read Our Policies page. Any items that are sent back to an address other than which we would provide you, without prior authorization or RMA/RGA will not be accepted. We are not responsible for tracking any packages that do not have a an RMA/RGA and will consider your package lost. No merchandise credit will be given and you are still financially liable for the items.
