Once an item is in processing it cannot be cancelled. By placing an order online or by phone you agree to the terms and conditions of this website and BW Spa Parts.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
No refunds or returns will be accepted on any electrical item/items. (Spa control systems, printed circuit boards, top side control panels, spa side control panels, audio receivers, transformers, chemical gemerators, clearance item/items, spa controls, etc...)
Please insure your returning merchandise. BW Spa Parts is not responsible for freight damage during transit.
BW Spa Parts will honor the manufacturer's warranty on the item/items it sells. If returning an item/items for a warranty evaluation, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the original pruchaser. Once the item/items has been received, it will be fully tested and evaluated to determine warranty status. (3-5 business days) If the item/items has been determined to be faulty due to incorrect installation, abuse, chemical damage or acts of nature, a bench chage may be charged of $45.00.
If and item/items are determined to be defective under the manufacturer's warranty evaluation, a replacement will be sent out(shipping charges are not covered).
All electrical item/items that cannot be returned will fall under the warranty process.
