Returns/Warranty Procedure
In order to return merchandise, an RGA number must be obtained please click Request RGA and fill out the form completely.
Unopened merchandise (except electronic components, circuit boards, pressure/air switches) may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt. All Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded.
We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)
- RMA number – which can only be obtained by e-mailing returns@bwspaparts.com (we do not issue RMA’s via the phone)
- Full name and address under which the item/s were purchased
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Invoice number
- Original Order Confirmation Number
- Your reason for returning the merchandise
All returns must be shipped back to Bwspaparts.com using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS with Delivery Confirmation)
Any package that has not been received by Bwspaparts.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

Damaged Merchandise
Please Request RGA upon receipt of the damaged merchandise a refund will be issued and an email confirmation with the total amount credited will be sent.
Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to bwspaparts.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", a refund will be issued for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Cancel Your Order
Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact a Customer Care Representative.
